WAVV Dialer Set Up

1. Pricing Options: $59, $99, $149
- $59 = Basic single line dialer
- $99 = Basic single line dialer + Recorded Phone calls you can watch back and download.
- $149 = Triple line dialer (can call 3 people at 1 time) + Recorded Phone calls you can watch back and download.

2. Once your in, you then need to set up your business profile
- This is to make sure your number doesn't come up "spam likely"
- Go to "Trust Hub" and copy and paste the following.

- Then on the "Trust Hub" go to STIR/SHAKEN
- Copy over same information
- If it asks for role put "CEO or Owner"

- Once its all been submitted WAIT for approval. (If you get declined, re-review, ask a friend and submit again)

3. Additionally, SPAM PROTECTION is necessary.
(Significantly improved pickup rate and number longevity.
- Add this after you buy a number.
​
4. How to Buy a number:
Go to "Numbers Tab" on the left and proceed to "add/claim a number"
​
5. Once you've purchased a number submit for Spam Protection ($10)
- This process takes a few days to approve.
- DO NOT CALL on this number while its being protected with the phone carriers.
6. Dialer configuration: Go to WAVV settings and find "Default number"
- set this to the number you just spam protected

7. Inbound Call preferences: Set to your personal cell
- this will call your phone when they call back the dialer number
​
8. Set "Ring Timeout" to 8:
- Dialer will ring 8 times before going to next
​- Optional: you can turn "Play ring tone" off and set a pickup sound when someone does pickup under "Call answer sound"
​
9. Time Zone Protection:
- Set to 9am-9pm, that way dialer skips over any contact you call too early or too late.

10. IF recordings available with package you purchased:
- set to "Auto Save Recordings" (its saves on cloud)

11. Next go to "Voicemail" tab:​
- Upload a pre-recorded Mp4 of a voicemail you'd like to drop for those who call inbound or those you drop/send to voicemail.

12. Lastly go to "Callbacks" tab:
- Upload a pre-recorded Mp4 of a voicemail you'd like to drop for those who call inbound or those you drop/send to voicemail.
