Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for

Fidelity Insurance Direct LLC

 

Lead Fulfillment Policy:

  • Agents subscribing to leads will be billed weekly in advance based on their chosen subscription plan.

  • Leads will be promptly delivered upon successful payment.

  • If a lead's phone number is incorrect or non-functional ("bad lead"), agents must notify Andrew Pineda at andrew.pineda@fidelityfl.com within 48 hours of lead delivery.

  • Bad leads will be replaced with leads of equivalent value within 1-2 business days.

  • The replacement process will continue until the agent receives a lead with a valid phone number.

Refund Policy:

  • Once a lead is purchased and delivered, refunds are generally not provided.

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, subject to review and approval by management.

  • Agents will be notified upfront that refunds are generally not available after leads are delivered.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Agents can cancel their subscription at any time.

  • To cancel, agents must notify Andrew Pineda at andrew.pineda@fidelityfl.com of their intent to cancel.

  • Cancellations will be effective immediately upon receipt of the cancellation notice.

  • No further charges will be applied following cancellation, and agents will continue to receive leads up until the effective cancellation date.

Policy Updates:

  • This policy may be updated periodically without prior notice.

  • Agents will be notified of any changes to the fulfillment, refund, or cancellation policies via email.
